James Arthur (4) Bradbury, II, b. October 21, 1942, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
Married Mary McNeil, Together they had three children.

Enlisted in the US Air Force in March 1966, entered active duty June 6, 1966.
Participated in the Viet Nam Conflict as a computer systems analyst at the Korat Royal Thai Air Base Autodin message switching center where he was awarded the Bronze Star. He remained on active duty until July 1, 1986, when he retired in Germany at the rank of Major. He continued in Germany for two additional years as a civilian contract engineer designing computerized air traffic control towers for the U.S. army.
